At Babu Jewellers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
			1.1. Timeframe: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date. 
			
1.2. Condition: The jewellery must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, along with the original packaging, tags, and receipt. Products showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage will not be accepted. 1.3. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any specially designed items or items made to order based on specific customer requirements.
		
2. Procedure for Returns or Exchanges
			2.1. In-store Purchases: For purchases made at our physical store, please bring the product back to the store along with the original receipt within 7 days. Our team will inspect the item, and if it meets the return conditions, we will process the return or exchange.
			
2.2. Online or Phone Orders: For orders placed via email or phone, please contact us at 01763-224339/500439 or babujewellers@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we confirm your eligibility for return or exchange, we will guide you through the next steps.
		
You may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Refunds
			3.1. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If the purchase was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. 
			
3.2. Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. 
			
3.3. Deductions: Shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. Additionally, for purchases paid via bank transfer, any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
		
4. Exchanges
			4.1. Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange product is not available, you can either choose an alternate product or request a refund. 
			
4.2. Price Differences: If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. For exchanges with a lower value item, the difference will be refunded via the original payment method.
		
			5. Defective or Damaged Items
			
5.1. Inspection: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at 01763-224339/500439 or babujewellers@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges. 
			
5.2. Condition: Please retain all packaging, tags, and certificates to verify the product’s condition.
